TILD RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Faulty or damaged goods:

- All faulty or damaged goods can be replaced with a new item for free or a store credit if that good is sold out. 

 

Store Credits & Refunds:

- If you have a change of mind you can exchange the purchased good within 7 days of receiving the purchase. Strictly no refunds, you will receive a store credit of equivalent value to the purchased good. 

 

Size exchange:

- Due to the limited number of goods we produce, unfortunately we do not have the capacity to offer size exchanges. If you are unhappy with the fit of your purchase you will be able to return it and you will receive a store credit of equivalent value to the purchased good

Our Customers Privacy is of our highest priority to protect.

We use customer Information that we collect to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and arranging shipping).

 

We use a third-party banking to verify payment (Stripe).
