We aim to get your TILD pieces to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details you need about our shipping process, timeframes and responsibilities.
Domestic shipping - Australia Post:

International shipping: Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and order value.

Processing time:

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • During busy periods or sale events, please allow a little extra time.
  • Shipping estimates apply after dispatch and may vary depending on courier performance.
  • All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia post.

Tracking:

  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • When your parcel ships, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number.
  • Can’t find it? Check your junk folder or reach out to support@tild.com.au 

Order Changes & Cancellations:

  • Please double check your order before confirming.
  • Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes. 

Split Deliveries:

  • We typically ship all items together in one delivery.
  • However, in some cases - due to stock availability or dispatch timing - we may split your order into multiple shipments at no extra cost.

Responsibility for deliveries:
Once your parcel is with the courier, TILD is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays
  • Incorrect address entries
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. If issues arise, contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

International orders, duties & taxes:For orders outside Australia:

  • Duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in your order total.
  • These must be paid by the recipient upon delivery and are determined by your country’s customs authority.
  • If a parcel is refused due to unpaid fees, a small return processing fee may apply.

TILD PRE-ORDER POLICY:By placing a pre-order with TILD, you’re securing an item before it officially launches. Please read the terms below before completing your purchase.

Placing a pre-order:

  • Pre-orders are available for select items that are not yet in stock.
  • Full payment is taken at the time of ordering to reserve your item.
  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will ship once all items are available.

Estimated Availability:

  • Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page.
  • These dates are subject to change - we’ll notify you via email if there are any significant delays or updates.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Pre-orders can be refunded in line with our refund policy.
  • If you need to cancel your pre-order, contact us as soon as possible at support@tild.com.au

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they’re available and in the order they were placed.
  • Shipping times may vary due to production schedules or unforeseen delays.
  • We’ll email you tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

Agreement to terms:

  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.
